Hello, I'm Chris Esper, founder of Stories in Motion.
I started Stories in Motion as a production company because I not only love filmmaking, but I also love storytelling. For me, powerful and effective filmmaking and videography start with the story. My goal with every project is to take this philosophy and make it the sole purpose of what I do and what my company does. From narrative films to music videos, corporate videos, weddings, and much more, I aim not just to capture the shot but also the story.
Originally from New Jersey, I developed a passion and love for film at a very young age. When I was in my teens, I received my first camera and started experimenting with it. It was love at first frame. After high school, I attended the New England Institute of Technology in East Greenwich, RI, where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Digital Recording Arts. I have since directed several award-winning short films, including "Imposter," “Yesteryear,” "Bent," "The Deja Vuers,” and "Undatement Center," which have gone on to screen at many film festivals domestically and overseas. Currently, I reside in Attleboro, MA. Drop me a line if you have any questions or inquiries.
